O meu erro parece tão bobo que fico até sem graça, mas como não resolvi...

Ao tentar abrir programas relacionados com atualização e instalação, estes fecham sozinhos (Geranciador de atualizações, gerenciador de pacote Synapcs).
Também ao dar o comando sudo apt-get update, parece baixar tudo certo, mas no final na hora de instalar tais atualizações, fica só em $  pacotes... 0%

Já tentei corrigir com os seguintes comandos, sem sucesso:
Citarsudo apt-get clean

Citarsudo dpkg --clean-avail
dpkg: erro: opção desconhecida --clean-avail

Escreva dpkg --help para ajuda sobre instalar e desinstalar pacotes
  • ;
    Utilize `dselect' ou `aptitude' para gestão de pacotes amigável;
    Escreva dpkg -Dhelp para uma lista de valores de flags de debug do dpkg;
    Escreva dpkg --force-help para uma lista de opções para forçar operações;
    Escreva dpkg-deb --help para ajuda sobre manipular ficheiros *.deb;

    Opções marcadas com
  • produzem muita saída de texto - utilize pipes com `less' ou `more' !

Olá Madrigal não sou experiente nem nada parecido mas pela sua sources.list notei que está usando o Servidor Brasil.

Tente mudar para o Servidor principal, pois, já a algum tempo o servidor no brasil está dando problema.

Valeu Creto, mas eu não teria como mudar o servidor, pois não consigo abrir o gerenciador, ele fecha sozinho.

Tentei os comandos dados, mas deu na mesma, não sai do que está abaixo:

Amigo eu por ser iniciante não posso lhe dar uma opinião concreta sobre isso mas aguarde mais um pouco quem sabe alguém lhe de uma dica.

Vou fazer uma última tentativa, substituir a source.list do pc pela do meu netbook, posto aqui o resultado.

Acho há alguns anos atrás era mais fácil conseguir ajuda de pessoal bem entendido, eles devem ter migrado pra outra distribuição, esses tipos de problema me faz sentir um eterno iniciante. :P

Muito obrigado, vc está sendo super atencioso. :)

Mudei a source.list e não adiantou. Vou aproveitar que matei a faculdade hoje e reinstalar, fiquei atentado em já colocar o 11.10, mas vou continuar no .04 mesmo.

Pronto, reinstalado e funcionando bem agora. Acho que não é o caso de colocar [Resolvido] no título, já que foi a base de reinstalação.
