Ola rafa, vc esta usando o Oneric? notei que vc tem na sua souces repositorios do gutsy(ubuntu 7.10)!!!! eles nao estavam ai por padrao.....vc deve ter adicionado posteriormente, sua instalação deve estar com varios erros de update e pacotes quebrados, sua sorte e que esses repositorios antigos estavam todos fora do ar....
Fiz uma source pra vc baseada na minha, para o Oneric Ocelot, vc deve subistituir a sua por essa se vc estiver usando o Ubuntu 11.10 ok?
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
Exclua todo o conteudo da sua original e cole essa;

Depois que vc colou essa acima salve, e rode esse comando em seguida;
sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* ; sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/* ; sudo apt-get clean ; sudo apt-get -f install ; sudo apt-get update
