E aí gente boa? Sou novo no Ubuntu também, to na mesma situação com o modem ZTE MF645 da Vivo no Ubuntu 10.10 também, consegui instalar o programa Vivo_3G de uma outra forma. Usei o
sudo passwd pra habilitar a conta root, entrei por lá, instalei os pacotes wvdial e libqt3-mt pelo Synaptic e executei o install.sh como um programa e ele instalou na hora. Saí do root e usei
sudo passwd -l root pra desabilitar o root denovo.
Mas ao abrir o programa Vivo_3G, nada de sinal, conectividade ou dispositivo detectado, igual o JoeLinux.
Faz um teste pra gente? Pluga seu modem, dá 30 segundos, depois executa o comando abaixo e cola o resultado aqui.
