Wireless UBUNTU 10.04 (Só conecta perto do roteador)

Olá Pessoal,

Tenho um Positivo Premium, aquele do HD de 500 Giga.Depois que eu instalei o Ubuntu 10.04 ele so consegue conectar a minha rede domestica quando estou a menos de 10 metros do roteador.Qaundo vou para outro comodo da casa ele reconhece a rede porém nao conecta.Só volta a conectar quando estou perto do roteador.

A que distância vc estava do roteador quando tirou esse print? Pq o sinal está em 100% (70/70).

Outra coisa, esse dispositivo que você destacou é a rede cabeada do aparelho, não a wireless. Posta a saída do comando abaixo pra gente ver qual é seu adaptador wireless.

sudo lshw -C network

Pra terminar... qual é a marca/modelo do roteador? Já viu se ele não está configurado pra transmitir em baixa potência, e, principalmente, em modo 802.11b?

Meu roteador é um encore 802.11g

Nao entendo muita coisa, mas a impressão que tenho é que quando o sinal baixa para 60% ele nao conecta mais...reconhece a rede mas fica desconectado..

Se tiver alguma dica ficarei muito grato...
