Erro no upt-get update

Estou com problemas. Não consigo baixar/instalar mais nada no apt-get, e quando uso o comando apt-get update mostra o seguinte:

O que faço para resolver isto ? Por isto, não estou conseguindo baixar/instalar nada.

Dei uma pesquisada no forum, mas não encontrei nada que pudesse ser o meu caso (pelo menos os erros eram outros).

Também coloco o que mostrou no meu sources.list (more  /etc/apt/sources.list):

Pesquisando aqui pelo forum mesmo, consegui um ajuda neste link: http://ubuntuforum-br.org/index.php/topic,9467.0.html.

Segui a instrução, e consegui executar o apt-get update. Não está igual ao seu, pelo que observei, mas dá no mesmo? Porque pelo menos, consegui executar o apt-get update, mas não sei se aparecerá algo mais adiante que conflite.

É claro que é diferente! Aqueles repositórios são para o Dapper.. não irá ter problemas em atualizar por que não terá o que atualizar!

Se ainda tiver problemas com o texto que disse para colocar no sources.lst vá no synaptic (Sistema > Administração > Gerenciador de Pacotes..) depois em Configurações escolha Repositórios. Na janela que abrir em "Baixar de:" escolha outro servidor.

Deixando do modo daquela postagem pode nunca mais ter problemas com o apt-get update, mas também não vai usá-lo para fins que não estejam disponíveis no Dapper de 2006.
