VMware + Ubuntu-Server 8 apos instalaçao

Galera eu preciso urgente de uma ajuda pois apos eu instalar o vmware fazer tudo certo a maquina virtual etc...
instalar o ubuntu e o proprio ubuntu dar seu reboot ele me pede 2 coisas

1. login         ok
2. senha       ok

logo apos isso

aparece varias frases
LAST LOGIN:ETC...
LINUX UBUNTU ETC...
