Erro ao recarregar Synaptic (RESOLVIDO)

Eu segui o tutorial do sylvester Guia Multimedia e até agora tinha dado tudo certo. Só que hoje ao recarregar o Synaptic deu a seguinte mensagem:

O que devo fazer para corrigir o erro?

Pelo que me parece você abriu outro programa como Synaptic, apt-get, aptitude
ou o atualizador, e assim o "aptitude update" não pode obter a trava.

Feche o outro programa que esta travando e tente rodar o update de novo.
