Terminal console e digite:

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

copie e cole o resultado aqui na sua resposta para alguem poder entender o que você quer...

mesmo fazendo isso o meu genrenciador continua dando o mesmo error

nao tem nenhum jeito de eu colokar mo cd do ubuntu e reparar com ele ?
se eu colokar um programa q estala o repositorio dele sozinho e vou la e deleto o repositorio pode da ese error o programa q eu fiz isso foi o automatix2..

se alguem poder me ajudar ficarei muito grato...!!!

Veja que na própria mensagem de erro já traz a solução:

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually rum 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

que quer dizer:

E: dpkg foi interrompido, você deve executar manualmente  'dpkg --configure -a' para corrigir o problema.

Portanto abra um terminal ( menu Aplicações > Acessórios > Terminal) e digite:

sudo dpkg --configure -a

Este tipo de problema já foi comentado aqui no fórum inúmeras vezes e bastaria uma leitura atenta do usuário ao que é dito na mensagem de erro ou um simples pesquisar no fórum.
