Problemas na tela de seleção de OS

Hoje liguei meu computador, entrei pelo Ubuntu, fiz as atualizações. Quando reiniciei, para entrar pelo Windows, vi que minha tela de seleção de OS estava assim:

Ubuntu...
Ubuntu...
Ubuntu...

Other OS:

Ubuntu...
Ubuntu...
Ubuntu...

Sei que o Windows ainda está no PC, porque consigo acessar os arquivos pelo Ubuntu.
Como arrumo isso??

Primeiro faça uma cópia de segurança do Grub :

sudo cp /boot/grub/menu.lst boot/grub/menu.lst_backup
Depois edite o Grub :

sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst
e coloque a entrada para o Windows (supondo que o Windows está na hda1) :

Salve e, reinicie o computador.

Quando vou afzer o backup aparece isso:
impossível fazer stat em `/boot/grub.menu.lst': Arquivo ou diretório inexistente

É /boot/grub/menu.lst e, não /boot/grub.menu.lst
