que repositorios de ubuntu usam?usam alguns de debian?
eu pessoalmente tinha tudo actualizado por um repositorio de debian o ftp.crpm.net mas deixou de ter pacotes de debian e agora n sei de repositorios com quase todos os pacotes de debian
tanto a nivel de sistema como aplicações e etc.Acho tambem que os de ubuntu sao bastante lentos a lançar actualizações e etc

Por que não usar um dos mirrors do Debian? Escolha o mais próximo de você em http://www.debian.org/mirrors

Se você deseja software atualizado, use Ubuntu Hoary ou o Debian Sid que são as versões de desenvolvimento.

Um tempo atrás achei uma lista com alguns sources.list  .. Achei interessante, copei.. mais adiante achei outra.. refinei e copiei .. depois eu ja sabia de alguns quando usava debian... daí então ficou esta maravilha que até agora não me falhou .. Somente tomem cuidado p/ não transformar seu ubuntu em debian sarge ou coisa do tipo.. usar estes repositórios é muito perigoso, vc deve saber oq está fazendo!!! Pois as dependências podem vir erradas...
Como meu sistema é o ubuntu hoary (ja larguei o warty assim que instalei =P )  estão descomentados os repositórios que utilizo p/ minhas atualizações diárias... Quem for usar.. comente as de acordo com sua distribuição.
