Opa kra, eu não entendi muito bem ...
Eu entro no Live CD, entro no meu HD e vejo o que ta escrito no "menu.lst" e posto aqui o que ta escrito? Seria isso?

Rapaz eu te esperei o que pude, mas acabei indo dormir.
Bem você vai entrar com o LiveCD, vai abrir um terminal (
Aplicações > Acessórios > Terminal), vai executar o comando:
sudo fdisk -l
Vai identificar qual é a partição de instalação do Ubuntu (digamos por exemplo
/dev/sda2). Ai vai pegar esta informação e vai montar a partição:
mount /dev/sda2 /mnt
Com o comando a instalação do ubuntu esta disponível a partir do diretório
/mnt. Assim você pode abrir com o
Editor de Textos (
Aplicações > Acessórios > Editor de Textos) o arquivo que estará disponível em
/mnt/boot/grub/menu.lst.
Coloque aqui o conteúdo do arquivo, coloque também a resposta para os comandos abaixo:
blkid
e
sudo fdisk -l
Com estas informações vamos editar o referido arquivo e tirar as informações de
UUID dele. Aproveitando apresente também o conteúdo do arquivo
fstab (que estará em
/mnt/etc/fstab).
