[RESOLVIDO] Beryl nao mostra minhas bordas

Eu instalei o Beryl certinho no meu programa e ate dexo com alguns efeitos visuais...
do cubo e uns de janelas...mais as bordas os botoes e os themes nao carregao...agora nao da nem pra fexar janela mais direito...como arrumo isso ???

minha placa de video eh G-force 5200 128

eu queria poder tbm instalar os pacotes graficos do OpenGL e CIA...pra poder jogar e obter recursos em 3D...
que pode ser isso q ta acontecendo...mais nao sei como instalar esses pacotes... =/

preciso muito concertar isso pq ficar sem janela e sem as barras eh muito ruim!!

Tente o seguinte : Entre no Gerenciador de Temas Emerald e mude o Tema.

olha eu ja fiz isso....e nao muda e nao acontece nada....eu vi nu tutorial que tinha q editar um arquivo " sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf " ...mais a ultima vez que editei ele tive q formatar o PC pq so leigo em linux e ferrou td...ele inicio somente em modo de Terminal e nao sabia como fazer para voltar ao normal...entao to com medo de editar novamente esse negocio...meu xorg eh o seguinte:

Faz o seguinte...

sudo gedit /etc/X11/xorg.conf
Citar
Na seção "Module"  adicione:
 
    Load           "dri"
    Load           "dbe"

Na seção "Device" adicione:

    Option        "XAANoOffscreenPixmaps"
    Option        "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "True"

No final do arquivo adicione as linhas

    Section "DRI"
                   Mode 0666
EndSection

Section "Extensions"
    Option         "Composite" "Enable"

Acho que agora vai dar certo. Qualquer coisa posta novamente!!

É bom você fazer isso para "notificar" o pessoal do forum que o seu problema já foi solucionado e tambem para evitar que outras pessoas tentem achar uma solução para um problema já resolvido!!

Sempre que vc for editar algum arquivo de configuração, faça um backup do original na sua pasta de usuário (por exemplo, no seu caso, "sudo cp  /etc/X11/xorg.conf /home/usuario/pastadebackup/"), assim vc pode voltar ao que era antes no caso de dar problema recolocando o arquivo original no lugar. Tem um comando que se digita no terminal que faz o rollover do arquivo original de forma mais prática, já que sempre que vc edita um arquivo desses é criado um outro com a terminação "~" na mesma pasta do arquivo que foi editado, alguém aqui lembra qual é o  comando?
