Gostaria de saber quais Distros têm como padrão a interface gráfica Enlightenment 17, e se Distros como Ubuntu 12.04 e Linux Mint 15 aceitam essa interface gráfica? E como instalá-la via Terminal?

Dá sim, abre o terminal :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hannes-janetzek/enlightenment-svn

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install e17

Se não gostar para tirar :
sudo apt-get remove e17 e17-data libecore* libedbus1 libedje-bin libedje1 libeet1 libefreet1 libembryo1 libeina1 libevas* libembryo-bin

sudo apt-get purge e17 e17-data libecore* libedbus1 libedje-bin libedje1 libeet1 libefreet1 libembryo1 libeina1 libevas* libembryo-bin
