VMWare Workstation Instalado, mas não Inicia

Boa tarde pessoal,

Estou tentando configurar o VMWare Workstation mas está dando um erro.
Quando clico no icone para iniciar o VM ele diz que precisa recompilar algumas coisas e da um erro.
Peguei o log no diretorio tmp, não sei se ajuda:
