Remover repositórios

 Recentemente adicionei uns repositórios do Cinelerra e toda vez que uso apt-get update aparece isso:

CitarW: Falhou ao buscar http://ppa.launchpad.net/akirad/akirad/ubuntu/dists/maverick/main/source/Sources.gz  404  Not Found

W: Falhou ao buscar http://ppa.launchpad.net/akirad/akirad/ubuntu/dists/maverick/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz  404  Not Found

E: Alguns arquivos de índice falharam para baixar, eles foram ignorados ou os antigos foram usados no lugar.

Como removo os repositórios? Pesquisei e não achei.

Vá no arquivo sources.list e apague estes repositorios que estão dando erros...

Olá,

Se preferir pode usar o ambiente gráfico para isto.
Basta Clicar em Sistema -> Administração -> Canais de Software.
Digite sua senha, e na tela que irá aparecer, selecione a aba "Outro Software".
Então, basta posicionar o cursor sobre o repositório que não é mais desejado e clicar em "Remover".

Vejam que os repositórios do Akirad estão em /etc/apt/sources.list.d, já apaguei mas voltam a aparecer:
