Ola novamente sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list e remova deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian lucid non-free (ultima linha)e depois tente o update novamente.

Como vc esta tentando instalar o Virtual-Box( e nao sei se vc fez todo o procedimento correto) tente de um modo mais facil, com o Ubuntu-Tweak http://ubuntu-tweak.com/ na aba centro de fontes->emulador->Virtual-Box Oficial marque e recarregue.

Ou entao va ate o site http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads e olhe atentamente o modo de instalação.
