Problemas com repositórios extras - Dapper

Eu gostaria de instalar uns codecs para mp3 no dapper e segui a dica      http://wiki.ubuntubrasil.org/GuiaDapper#comoadicionarrepositoriosadicionais
Para adicionar repositórios extras.
Mas quando faço o comando sudo apt-g et install gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
me retrona a seguinte mensagem

percebi que não é somente nos novos repositórios. Nos repositorios padrões que vem com o dapper, também dah pau.

eu acho q o problema naum eh nos repositorios, pois qualquer q eu coloque dah o erro.
Acho q eh alguma conf. no ubuntu, q faz com q eu naum consigua enxergar os repositorios

Eu tambem tive esse problema mas utilizando o os mirrors pt.* .
No meu caso resolvid substituindo os http:// por ftp:// .
