problemas gravando dvd+rw com o growisofs / brasero

sempre obtive sucesso em gravar arquivos em DVD+RW com o seguinte comando:

# growisofs -Z /dev/dvd  -r -J -speed=2 -V ARQ ~/tmp/aula3.txt


esses dias comprei 5 DVDs +RW novos , mas quando uso o mesmo comando, que funciona bem com DVD+RW antigos que tenho,
ocorre o seguinte erro, conforme cópia da tela abaixo.
