Acer Ferrari One + Ubuntu 10.04, Problemas.

Boa Tarde,

Comprei ontem o Notebook Acer Ferrari One 200-1945, e instalei o windows 7 e depois fui instalar o Ubuntu 10.04 no HD. Foi ai que começou o problema, ou seja, o Ubuntu instala porem depois quando iniciou na tela de logon ele trava. Percebi que antes dele travar dá para ouvir um toque parecido com a instalação incorreta de um dispositivo usb. Sou novo no mundo Linux e preciso da ajuda de vocês. Segue abaixo configuração do equipamento:
