Não consigo acessar hd

Boa noite pessoal, no meu pc tenho 2 hds, os dois estavam formatados em ntfs, um com o windows e outro com meus arquivos.

Aí resolvi tirar o windows e instalar o ubuntu. Mas agora depois de instalado quando tento acessar o hd com os arquivos ele nao deixa, dá a seguinte mensagem:

Choise 1: if you have Windows then disconnect the external devices by   clicking on the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon in the Windows   taskbar then shutdown Windows cleanly.

Choise 2: if you don't have Windows then you can use the 'force' option for   your own responsibility. For example type on the command line:   mount -t ntfs-3g/dev/sdb1/media/Back -o force   Or add the option to the relevant row in the /etc/fstab file:      /dev/sdb1 /media/Back ntfs-3g force 0 0

Como posso liberar o acesso sem perder nenhum dado?

Ola yazi, isso ocorreu porque vc desligou incorretamente o windows, entao ele marca a partição como "suja". Entre novamente no windows e desligue corretamente o sistema ou  remova se for o caso de um HD externo, mas como vc esta dizendo que nao tem mais o windows e so seguir a recomendação e forçar a montagem.

sudo mount -t ntfs-3g/dev/sdb1/media/Back -o force

Obrigado platao, realmente nao tenho mais windows e o hd ta ligado no sata. Eu segui a recomendação mas não funciona, dá o seguinte:

Usage: mount -V                 : print version
       mount -h                 : print this help
       mount                    : list mounted filesystems
       mount -l                 : idem, including volume labels
So far the informational part. Next the mounting.
The command is `mount [-t fstype] something somewhere'.
Details found in /etc/fstab may be omitted.
       mount -a [-t|-O] ...     : mount all stuff from /etc/fstab
       mount device             : mount device at the known place
       mount directory          : mount known device here
       mount -t type dev dir    : ordinary mount command
Note that one does not really mount a device, one mounts
a filesystem (of the given type) found on the device.
One can also mount an already visible directory tree elsewhere:
       mount --bind olddir newdir
or move a subtree:
       mount --move olddir newdir
One can change the type of mount containing the directory dir:
       mount --make-shared dir
       mount --make-slave dir
       mount --make-private dir
       mount --make-unbindable dir
One can change the type of all the mounts in a mount subtree
containing the directory dir:
       mount --make-rshared dir
       mount --make-rslave dir
       mount --make-rprivate dir
       mount --make-runbindable dir
A device can be given by name, say /dev/hda1 or /dev/cdrom,
or by label, using  -L label  or by uuid, using  -U uuid .

tentei sem o force também:

mount -t ntfs-3g/dev/sdb1/media/Back

ai ele faz como se tivesse funcionado, não dá erro nenhum mas não funciona.... se tiver alguma idéia...

Ola, va ate a central de programas do Ubuntu e procure por mountmanager e por ferramenta de configuração NTFS instale e atraves dele tente encontrar o seu dispositivo, e mais amigavel a configuração.

Deixa ver se eu entendi:

Primeiro você tinha o windows em um hd e o outro era só para arquvos.
No primeiro hd onde estava windows você formatou e colocou ubuntu.
Agora não consegue acessar o segundo hd que tem só arquivos, pois ele estar com falhas na partição

Solução 1: Reinstale novamente o windows e passe o scandisk no hd para corrigir o problema. Depois instale o ubuntu.
Solução 2: Utilizar o cd live do ubuntu para acessar seus arquivos e fazer um backup, depois formatando e corrigindo a partição do hd.

A solução um é a mais fácil, porém a solução dois é mais interessante.
