Por favor, um problema por vez e um problema por tópico.

Agora sim, dá para gente acertar.

1o) Arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list, que tem um repositório do Dapper (versão do Ubuntu 6.06) nele, e ainda especificado da forma incorreta.

A - Abra um terminal (Aplicações > Acessórios > terminal);
B - Edite o arquivo:

Citarsudo   gedit    /etc/apt/sources.list

C - Faça as alterações conforme indicado abaixo (exclua a linha em destaque) e salve o arquivo:

Citar

deb-src http://packages.medibuntu.org/ jaunty free non-free

2o) Arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list (com uma linha errada).

A - Com aquele terminal já aberto edite o arquivo:

Citarsudo    gedit    /etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list

B - Exclua a linha, conforme abaixo, e salve o arquivo:

Citar## Please report any bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/
deb http://packages.medibuntu.org/ jaunty free non-free #Medibuntu - Ubuntu 9.04 "jaunty jackalope"
# deb-src http://packages.medibuntu.org/ jaunty free non-free #Medibuntu (source) - Ubuntu 9.04 "jaunty jackalope"
sudo  apt-get   update

3o) Execute os comandos abaixo, ainda no terminal:

Citarsudo    apt-get     update
sudo    apt-get     upgrade

Espero que resolva.
