Modem instalado mas n reconhecido

eu instalei o meu modem( Agere System SV92PP Soft Modem), fiz todos os procedimentos , criei os links, etc

mas...

quando eu do um sudo wvdialcond /etc/wvdial.conf

aparece isso aqui

Sorry, no modem was detected!  Is it in use by another program?
Did you configure it properly with setserial?
