Erra ao tentar instalar

Pessoal sou novo nessa area de LINUX, mais vamos ao que interessa. To tentando instalar varios programas pelo adicionar e remover do ubuntu, mais esta dando esse erro:

Não foi possível instalar 'sun-java6-bin'

Esta aplicação conflita com outro software previamente instalado. Para instalar 'sun-java6-bin' o software conflitante deve ser removido antes.
Mude para o gerenciador de pacotes 'synaptic' para solucionar este conflito

Esse e um dos programas, mais tem varios outros. Como faço pra resolver isso?

Nos copia o conteúdo do teu arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list para podermos analisar.

Digitar :

Código Selecionar Expandir

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

pessoal eu ja consegui. eu n sei se essa é a forma mais correta de fazer isso mais esta ai na imagem o que eu habilitei para resolver o meu problema.

Sua sources.list está quase toda comentada (#).
