VMPlayer não executa: "..has not been (correctly) configured for.." (RESOLVIDO)

Olá pessoal!

Eu estou tentando a algumas horas colocar o VMPlayer para funcionar no meu Ubuntu Feisty (kernel 2.6.20-16) e usando a MV gerada pelo http://www.easyvmx.com, mas não está funcionando por nada...

Eu já vi algumas orientações na web sobre como executar e instalar o VMPlayer mas até agora nada...

Vou postar aqui o script de configuração que eu estou executando:

Execute novamente o vmware-config.pl e mude a sua configuração de rede para NAT ao invés de BRIDGE, e tente novamente rodar o VMware.

Não se preucupe muito com as configurações de rede num primeiro momento, já que elas podem ser alteradas posteriormente.  ;)
