Arquivos mono_crash.json e mono_crash.mem.blob foram criados em minha /home

Boa tarde,

Arquivos de extensão .json e .blob nomeados respectivamente como mono_crash.json e mono_crash.mem.blob foram criados em minha /home. O conteúdo dos arquivos .json parecem conter informações sobre configuração mas não indica do que se refere. Já os arquivos blob abrem como o Skype.

São vários, diferem somente pelo nome, como podem verificar abaixo:

Em minha busca aqui no Fórum não encontrei nada relacionado. Na internet encontrei uma postagem antiga em inglês mas não havia resposta.

Alguém saberia dizer porque estão sendo criados e se posso apagá-los? Estou utilizando Ubuntu-Mate 20.04.
