Falhas intermitentes da placa de som HyperX Amp

Olá,

Comprei uma Placa de Som HyperX Amp USB, para funcionar com um headset da mesma marca. Ela está com alguns problemas intermitentes no Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
Quando ela é conectada na USB funciona bem, som limpo. Passado algum tempo, aleatório, ela simplesmente pára de funcionar, então preciso desconectar e conectar novamente pra ela voltar. Alguém poderia me ajudar nessa questão?
