[resolvido] Depois de instalar skype não consigo atualizar ubuntu 12-04

Depois de instalar, e houveram vários problemas na instalação, o skype, aparece a seguinte mensagem de erro ao tentar atualizar o ubuntu:
'E:Linha mal formada 97 no arquivo de fontes /etc/apt/sources.list (análise de distribuição)'

O que achei estranho é essa linha : deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu natty partner

No terminal:  gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Comente(coloque #) e vai ficar assim: # deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu natty partner
Salve, depois de salvar e sair,  dê : sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Devemos lembrar que para ele alterar algo tem que ser como root, então: sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Boa, já corrigi, mas o melhor mesmo é: gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Primeiro obrigado pela ajuda que estão dando.

Segui o procedimento acima, transformando a linha em comentário (não acrescentei a mesma linha como comentário, apenas a transformei em comentário) e o resultado final (depois do update e upgrade) foi a mensagem seguinte:
E: Linha mal formatada 97 no arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list (análise de distribuição)
E: A lista de fontes não pode ser lida.

Uma informação que talvez valha a pena:

segui um roteiro para instalar o skype que diz para digitar os comandos
1. sudo apt-add-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ $(lsb_release -sc) partner"
2. sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install skype

como não deu certo baixei um pacote .deb do skype (a partir de link no hardware.com.br , vale dizer, no tópico "Skype 4.1 para Linux também tem integração com contatos do Messenger" ou, mais preciso, no link http://www.skype.com/intl/pt-br/get-skype/on-your-computer/linux/ ) e a instalação foi fácil.

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* ; sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/* ; sudo apt-get -f install ; sudo apt-get clean ; sudo apt-get update

Aguarde o comando terminar e se não aparecem mais os erros finalize com

sudo apt-get upgrade

Digitei todos os comandos no terminal e apareceu a mensagem:

rm: não foi possível remover "/var/lib/apt/lists/partial": É um diretório

Veja que para consertar o problema,  teríamos que  abrir o arquivo sources.list com o o gedit , ir até a linha problemática (97), apagá-la , salvar e sair.Agora onde está esta linha 97 ?  Eu só contei 86.Tem algo errado na informação ou existe outra forma de achar a bendita linha 97, que eu não saiba.
Vou postar o meu sources. list(12.04, 32 bits) , se quiser tentar apagar o seu e colocar o meu, faça um backup do sources.list para qq coisa.
