Não resultou, fiz o que o 10aduzia disse-me quando ligo o pc carrego no ctrl esquerdo, mas vai directo pro ubuntu. .

A propósito, a tecla a ser premida é ambas as <shift> de seu teclado.

Isto faz mostrar as opções do Grub.

Veja e compare que apenas o tempo foi alterado de zero para 15 e foi aposta uma cerquilha para o menu aparecer.
