amule fecha em pouco tempo (sem solução)

Só não entendi essa parte;
Como verifico o MD5?
e Não achei o internacional no canais de software, existem varias fontes.

tô achando que els ñ atualizaram o md5sum do link, porque saiu a poucos uma add de atualizações já feitas p/ as iso baixadas do site oficial.
tente baixar por esse - http://mirror.globo.com/ubuntu/releases/10.04.1/ - a versão que mais se adequar ao seu pc.

Ola tente;

sudo aptitude remove --purge amule && sudo aptitude install gtk2-engines-murrine

Agora vc ate canais de software em administração na aba programas do ubuntu e marque tudo, va ate a aba  atualizações e tbm marque tudo ele vai pedir para recarregar.

Va ate site http://ubuntu-tweak.com/ e baixe e na aba central de programas->file sharing marque o amule e aplique.

Caros amigos!

Fiz este trabalho no sentido de dar uma ajuda real para a resolução deste problema do Willchenko. Sei que ele já não está cá mas pode ajudar outros utilizadores. Lamento não ter cá chegado mais cedo.

Vamos resolver o 1º problema:
“** (amule:2765): CRITICAL **: murrine_style_draw_box_gap: assertion `height >= -1' failed”

Este erro não me parece importante, e não é por isto que o Amule crasha, mas para que ele desapareça basta ir a  Sistema – Preferências - Aparência

Na janela que se abre, ir a “Tema”; Aqui escolher o tema com o nome “New Wave”

Problema resolvido.

Se não gostarem do tema ou este não funcionar, vão tentando os outros que estão lá disponíveis. Mau será que nenhum funcione.

Agora vamos ao 2º problema que é bastante mais complicado. No sentido de fazer o Amule trabalhar sem fechar é necessário o seguinte:

1 – Abrir a consola (terminal) e executar: sudo apt-get --purge remove libwxgtk2  (Isto também vai desinstalar o Amule que voltaremos a instalar mais tarde).

2 – Fechar a consola e abrir o Synaptic. Aqui vamos procurar e instalar o pacote apt-build . A instalação deste pacote deve ser feita no Synaptic porque a sua interface gráfica permite escolher as diversas opções que os pacotes exigem ao passo que o terminal às vezes bloqueia. Quando a instalação terminar, fechar o Synaptic e regressar ao terminal.

3 – Depois de fechar o Synaptic abrir o terminal e digitar o seguinte comando: sudo apt-build  install amule  ( é possível que este comando instale uma enormidade de pacotes e dependências. Este processo não pode ser interrompido e pode demorar mais de 20 minutos, portanto, não fechem o terminal a pensar que aconteceu algum erro. Não aconteceu nada. É mesmo assim.)

4 – Depois disto feito, é melhor reiniciar o computador. Agora o Amule já vai funcionar, mas para termos a garantia de que ele não fecha mesmo, vamos fazer o seguinte:

Deixar o Amule a funcionar com o terminal aberto e minimizado e com este script activo. Se quiser também o pode instalar só que depois no arranque do computador ele vai sempre carregar o Amule mesmo que você não queira. Não se esqueça de esperar 2 minutos para que o script entre em funcionamento.

É o melhor script de entre todos os que vi na Wiki do Amule. É necessário ir às preferências do vosso Amule e colocar no script  o número da porta TCP do vosso Amule. Vejam onde diz: “TCPPORT=4262” aqui mudar o número 4262 para o nº da vossa porta TCP.

Este erro do Willchenko deve-se ao facto de o Ubuntu ter sido instalado num Hard disc cuja formatação foi rápida. Pode acontecer também que o Hard Disc já tenha rodado muito e esteja a pedir substituição por um novo.
