Problemas com Proftpd

e ai galera do forum......

estou com um problema com o meu PROFTPD, coloquei um servidor com samba pra rodar, com apache2 até ai tudo bem, instalei o proftpd e de dentro da minha rede eu acesso normalmente, mas quando quero acessar de fora nao consigo.

ele acha, e pede o usuario e senha, mas diz que

nao tem permissão de acesso na pasta.

Ao tentar acesso externo, o servidor ftp solicita user e psw mas não acessa.
