Drive para ATI Technologies Inc Radeon IGP 330M/340M (Notebook hpPavilion ze530)

Ola Caros,  sou novo aki no forum e com Linux Tbm  fais pouco tempo q mexo mais vamos lá.
Tenho um

Hp pavilion Ze5300us
512 Mb Ram
P4 2.4GHz

Pois Bem Uso  o Ubuntu 8.10 e estou usando o modo VESA da minha video pois não consigo baixar o drive correto da minha placa
Ja tentei usar o envyng (baixado atraves do aptitude install) mais acho eu que ele não baixa o drive correto, pois quando baixo o unico drive que aparece

E reinicio não consigo subir o modo  grafico corretamente aparece bem menor e tenho que reconfigurar o Xorg

$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure  xserver-xorg
Alem de desinstalar o drive instalado,

Fazendo mais algumas pesquisas vi que tbm tinha o EnVy (Nem sabia q era diferente) Pois bem Alem dessa versão envy_0.9.7-0ubuntu12_all pacote deb não funcionar que achei num site, ela da alguns erros de I / O Block Size No Boot e quanto tento Executar ele, aparece o seguinte
