Boa tarde! Sou iniciante em linux e tenho um pc antigo onde instalei o fluxbuntu (ubuntu 7.10) em uma maquina que tem 96Mb ram processador 233Mhz e hd 4.9Gb
(li em alguns forums que o fluxbuntu era uma boa opção para memoria baixa.
Demorou horrores para instalar mas após acabada nao entrou no modo grafico de jeito nenhum. Agora depois que eu mudei no xorg.conf o driver de video para "vesa" ae foi....mas travando tbm.... mas só quando eu entro no modo recovery e saio.
abaixo esta o meu arquivo. obs no commando lspci aparece a minha placa Trident Microsystems TGUI 9440 (rev 03), mas no xorg.conf não!
obs: o mouse eu tive que configurar tbm pois é serial.
Como posso resolver isso? o win98 rodava de boa nele sem travar!
