Configurar Hardy p/ dual head com ATI

Isso ai galera...

Tenho uma ATI 9200 aki no trampo e estou usando o hardy... ai vem a pergunta, como configurar o dual-head?

Pelo sistema>preferencias>resolucao de tela não funciona... eu configuro ele da que aplicou mas nao muda nada...

O monitor principal eh um samsung syncmaster 510n (LCD) e o secundário é um lg studioworks 575n... e só funciona como 'clone'.

Se alguma boa alma puder ajudar... o driver ati que ta instalado deve ser o free pois nao instalei nada a parte... o compiz esta funcionando normalmente.

putz depois de tentar de tudo, agora nao da nem pra usar mais... qdo inicia, aparece os hds montados no desktop mas nao carrega as barras (superior e inferior), e nao da pra usar nada... no max ctrl+alt+f1

consegui arrumar o esquema de carregar as barras... agora falta 'só' o dual :(
