Realmente o driver é este mesmo, mas...

Eu baixei o driver e tentei compilar, o que gerou uma serie de erros.

Eu poderia sugerir que voce alterasse o titulo do seu post para => Webcam como compilar o driver?

Desta maneira outros  do forum viriam ajudar e tentar solucionar seu problema.

Não tente compilar seu driver sozinho , pois na minha maquina de testes deu um pau danado.

Vamos com calma esperar mais ajuda.
