Da uma verificada nos drivers instalados lspci
As vezes atualizando os drivers corrige, mas dependendo do hardware pode ser que só tenha driver pra Ruwindows, aí o caso seria esperar a boa vontade de um santo pra lançar o drv pra Linux.
