Problemas na atualização

Sou leigo no mundo linux/ubuntu/etc e não consigo resolver um problema que está ocorrendo:

Após alguma atualização passou a ocorrer o seguinte:

Fui no synaptic \ configurações \ repositório

Estava servidor Brasil, troquei para Servidor Principal, não funcionou.

Está dando erro quando tento instalar o ubuntu one, parece ser o mesmo problema.

Tenho dual boot com o windows, o grub customizer, depois que tem alguma atualização, ele coloca o ubuntu na frente na lista de sistemas operacionais para escolher o boot. Várias vezes alterei a configuração para colocar o windows como primeira opção e tudo bem. Agora ele diz que faz mas, na hora do boot ele mostra o windows depois.

Erro 404, endereço não existente...

Duas sugestões:

Ou remova esse endereço da sua source; ou pesquise um pouco aqui no fórum que encontrará a solução para isso.

Clique nesses link e pelo navegador verá que não tem como atualizar nada através dele.

Remova todos os "-armhf" e troque pela versão de seu ubuntu (i386/amd64)

A última coisa que instalei foi o mpich2, mas acho que o problema já existia, não tenho certeza.

Antes disso instalei o cuda/drives da placa de vídeo da nvidia mas, funcionou legal.

Quando você fala para remover os "-armhf" é via synaptic? Removo o que estiver instalado?

O problema passou a acontecer depois de uma atualização do ubuntu.

Como  removo endereço da minha  "source" ?!?!

Copie e cole (Ctrl + Shift + V) no terminal o seguinte comando:

sudo rm -r /var/lib/apt/lists/* ; sudo apt-get autoclean ; sudo apt-get autoremove --purge ; sudo apt-get update ; sudo apt-get upgrade ; sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
Depois, este outro comando:

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vf

Para finalizar:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Acho que para que os comandos funcionem deve-se remover antes os endereços correspondentes a "-armhf" como o Tota sugeriu, isso no ubuntu não existe...

Ex:
No terminal digite ou copie e cole, dê enter e sua senha e poste o que houver lá aqui:
