TV OUT da Nvidia (twinview)! Alguém conseguiu no Ubuntu?

Olá!

Estou com essa dúvida. Como usar o TwinView para fazer funcionar a saída para TV da minha placa Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 128 MB DDR.

Eu consegui usar no Kalango Linux 3.2. Porém a versão do xorg é diferente no Ubuntu. Tentei fazer da mesma forma (do Kalango) no Ubuntu, mas não funcionou.

Se alguém já conseguiu, ficaria muito grato se me ajudasse.

eu consegui agora... mas tinha sérios problemas com isso

os meus problemas (veja se esses não são os seus):

1º) Embora o padrão de tv aqui no brasil seja PAL-M alguma TVs, a minha por exemplo, podem adotar padrões de outros países (a minha funcionou bem com NTSC-M, correspondente ao EUA/Canadá)

2º) Esteja certo de estar configurando qual tipo de saída vc está utilizando na pl. de vídeo (no meu caso o cabo é S-VIDEO em uma ponta e COMPOSITE na outra, então uso S-VIDEO na configuração do "Xorg.conf" pois é esta ponta que fica conectada na pl. de vídeo).

Linux é assim mesmo... Configuramos algumas coisas na unha, mas temos todo o sistema nas nossas mãos!

Linux       -> be ROOT!

Windows  -> REBOOT!
