Galera mais um vez venho aqui pedir ajuda

Seguinte to fazendo apt-get update mais ta dando o seguinte erro

As assinaturas são necessárias para certificar a autenticidade dos repositórios.

No seu caso, são os repositórios do Wine, veja no fim desta página: http://winehq.org/download/deb , na seção: Alternative command Line Instructions for Installing Wine.

Então eu tirei o wine, e ainda fica aparecendo  isso.

Não há necessidade da remoção, basta executar o comando do link que eu citei e pronto. Mas se mesmo assim quiser livrar-se do Wine e dos repositórios....

Procure pela linha do Wine, pague-a ou comente-a (comenta-se com # )

Se tiver dúvidas, poste o conteúdo das suas sources.list.

A mensagem de erro j'a te indicava o caminho...
"Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?" 
Provavelmente você estava com um synaptic aberto e tentando instalar algo pelo terminal.
Quando programas de administração são usados, o programa não deixa abrir duas instâncias administrativas ao mesmo tempo (ou, não dá para abrir o synaptic e usar apt-get  ao mesmo tempo).

Tente:
apt-get -f install

No momento não estou num Linux e não me lembro de cabeça os comandos.
Mas tem comandos apt-get e dpkg para corrigir esse seu problema.

Só tentando esclarecer, se eu estiver errado me corrijam, o arquivo lock (trava) é gerado quando há alguma interrupção ou algo é corrompido de alguma forma no apt, o objetivo dele é que após a resolução do problema ele seja automaticamente resolvido, as vezes isto não acontece. E basicamente o apt-get lê o conteúdo da pasta /var/lib/dpkg e se encontra um lock, break, e para a execução do programa.
