Erro no Synaptic!!! (RESOLVIDO)

Ubuntu 8.04 - o Hardy Heron

quando vou dar o comando "sudo apt-get update" aparece a mensagem a seguir:
E: Tipo '‘deb' não é conhecido na linha 56 na lista de fontes /etc/apt/sources.list


nao consigo entrar no "Synaptic" e nem no "Adicionar/ Remover" e nem atualizar nada

Copie aqui o conteúdo do arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list.

Na verdade a mensagem de erro já disse tudo, então eu mesmo fiz muito pouco, mas precisando estamos as ordens.

E dpkg was interrupted you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem
E_cache->open() failed pleace report

Ei pessoal postei um problema que tive com o synaptic que dava erro e não abria mas ja concegui
