[resolvido]Problemas com atualização

ola galera estou começando a pouco tempo a mexer com linux... e antes eu ultilizava a versão ubuntu 7.04... e minahs atualizações eram sempre feitas na velocidade maxima de conexão porem agora q resolvi voltar pro linux e baixe a nova versão as atualizações estão sendo feitas a 8000 b/s e na moral isso é humilhante pra conexão q possuo q é de 1mb... o q provavelmente seria o porblema... e q informações eu poderia dar a vocês para q me ajudem...

por favor ajuda eu ^^  desde ja agradeço a tdus

Copia o conteúdo de /etc/apt/sources.list

Mais informações? Tipo de conexão, se é compartilhada, etc...

Comigo está no máximo.

Tah ai o conteudo de /etc/apt/sources.list

e a conexão é minha só... aki agora deposi q passei 3 horas atualizando... e terminou as atualizações do sistema... e agora toh seguindo o tutorial de multimidia... e tah baixando os pacotes a velocidade maxima de 120kbps ^^... ainda bem acho q no momento era algum drive ou sei la oq...

Vá em Sistema > Administração > Gerenciador de Pacote Synaptic
Settings > Repositories > Download from Main Server

Veja se melhora.
