Help! Falha ao obter http://... Erro lendo do servidor... e Conexão expirou...

Olá pessoal,

Precisei reinstalar meu sistema linux Ubuntu 7.04 e para minha tristeza as coisas não ocorreram tão bem como foi na primeira vez que o instalei em minha máquina.
O problema é que em várias tentativas para instalar meus pacotes, eu recebo erros e mais erros impedindo que eu prossiga com sucesso nesta tarefa. Alguns exemplos são:

  Erro lendo do servidor Ponto remoto fechou a conexão [IP: 91.189.88.31 80]

  Conexão expirou [IP: 203.16.234.19 80]

Eu já tentei vários sources.list (inclusive deste fórum) além de alguns repositórios para instalar um programa estatístico chamado R e que está disponível na página CRAN - R project.
também já mudei meu servidor Server Brazil para Main mas sem sucesso.

Abaixo envio meu atual sources.list e peço, por favor, a ajuda de vcs para conseguir instalar os pacotes pois preciso continuar meus trabalhos usando o linux.

Desde já fico muito grato por qualquer dica para resolver este problema!

Em princípio não vejo erro na sua sources.list.

Tente um "sudo apt-get update" antes de tentar instalar qualquer pacote e veja se não há nem um erro, já que o APT vai informar sobre eles na saída de texto do comando.
