Então cara, fica sempre meio instável, as vezes eu reinicio tudo e até consigo navegar por alguns segundos, mas logo já trava tudo e não consigo mais nada.
Dei alguns pings seguidos, veja o resultado:

Aí eu tentei alterar o DNS, acessei o arquivo resolv.conf,
sudo gedit /etc/resolv.conf
que estava dessa forma:
# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
nameserver 127.0.1.1
e alterei para:
# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
nameserver 127.0.1.1
#Gerado pelo NetworkManager
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
Eu não sei se é esse o procedimento correto para alterar. Após isso, dei os pings novamente:
bruno@bruno-Q470C-500P4C:~$ ping -c 4 8.8.8.8
