Bom dia.
Pessoal hoje me deparei com um problema, ao tentar atualzar um pacote de idioma apareceu o erro:

installArchives() failed: Setting up install-info (4.13a.dfsg.1-5ubuntu1) ...

/etc/environment: line 3: UTF-8: command not found

dpkg: error processing install-info (--configure):

 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 127

No apport report written because MaxReports is reached already

eu já fiz alguns procedimentos no arquivo: environment em /etc, mas creio que não foi feito ainda o correto.
Alguem poderia me ajudar ?
Como seria a configuração correta do arquivo environment?
