Configurar sis M672 FX no Ubuntu 9.10

Galera,

Estou precisando de ajuda para configurar a minha placa de video sis M672 FX no Ubuntu 9.10

Já fiz algumas pesquisas mas nada referente ao Ubuntu 9.10 tudo que achei foi referente ao 8.10 e 9.04 no link abaixo:

Meu maior problema é que no Ubuntu 9.10 eu não encontrei o arquivo xorg.conf.

Tentei fazer o que é passado no link abaixo mas nada funcionou criando o arquivo xorg.conf no diretorio /etc/X11/.
Chegue a fazer as orientações passadas também no arquivo Xwrapper.config que é o arquivo de configuração que encontrei no diretório /etc/11


O conteudo original do arquivo Xwapper.config no meu notebook é:
