Erro no gerenciador de atualizações

Olá pessoal, eu fui tentar instalar o Firefox 3.5, mas tive que modificar um arquivo do sistema, só que eu esqueci de fazer o backup dele. Aí quando eu fui tentar fazer minhas atualizações pelo Gerenciador de Atualizações do Ubuntu apareceu o seguinte erro:

W: Erro GPG: http://ppa.launchpad.net jaunty Release: As assinaturas a seguir não puderam ser verificadas devido à chave pública não estar disponível: NO_PUBKEY EF4186FE247510BE

O que eu tenho que fazer para o gerenciador voltar a funcionar? E como eu faço?

Volte ao tutorial que usou para adicionar o repositório, faltou a chave.

Eu tentei colocar a chave como você disse. Abri o Terminal e colei o comando que tinha no site, só que apareceu a seguinte mensagem no Terminal:

Qual o comando você tentou executar exatamente?

Os comandos para o Jaunty são:

echo "deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mozilla-daily/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main"  >> /etc/apt/sources.list

echo "deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mozilla-daily/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main"  >> /etc/apt/sources.list

sudo apt-key adv –keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com –recv-keys 247510BE

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install firefox-3.5

O comando com problemas ai é o 3o.

Rodou ele correto? Coloque aqui o conteúdo do arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list só para conferência.

Pode também atualizar seu Firefox usando as dicas do tópico Ubuntuzilla - Usando sempre a última versão do Firefox.

Depois o seguinte comando:

Eu coloquei no terminal o primeiro comando que você mandou e deu certo dessa vez.
Fui no gerenciador de atualizações e ele conseguiu atualizar dessa vez.
