Como instalar o Gnome Device Setup?

Olá pessoal, estou tentando com muita frustração a instalar o programa Gnome Device Setup, pois preciso colocar dois ponteiros do mouse no computador:

quando tento instalar o console mostra o seguinte texto:

Não encontro essa ultima versao do inputproto que ele pede, instalei o x11proto-input-dev_1.4.3-2ubuntu6_all, mas ele não aceita.

Se alguém puder me ajudar!!
