Modem Usb Dslink 180u

boa tarde, sou iniciante no linux e no forum e estou tentando instalar este modem usb
estou seguindo este artigo para a instalação:

, estou com problemas com a execução do comando " ./configure"

ao tentar executar o terminal retorna:

não tenho nen ideia de como resolver.
 o gcc está instalado mas ele dis q não é possível criar executáveis.
alguma ajuda/?
