Problema: Os repositórios nao actualizam.

Tenho so repositórios por actualizar a mais de 35 dias.

Vejam o seguinte screenshot:

Amigo o repositório aponta para a versão 8.04 (Feisty) e seu sistema é o 8.04 (Hardy).
Creio que o repositório para o 8.04 seja o:
deb http://repositorios.nighto.net/ hardy/

OBS.: também é provável que o repositório esteja temporariamente fora do ar ou o endereço para Feisty seja deb http://repositorios.nighto.net/ feisty/

Não vi nenhum erro no seu arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list, a não ser as linhas finais, que parecem ser algum repositório de terceiro, mas para o Feisty (esta em negrito abaixo). A sugestão é retirar as linhas:
