Pacote de instalação de Modem Smartlink do Alarcom V-15

SAudaçoes Alarcom!
Li várias orientações sobre instalação de modem Smartlink, fiz todas que voce sugeriu, inclusive a mais recente, instalei o pacote montado V-15, li o Leia-me, segui passo-a-passo, mas meu Ubuntu nem reconhece o Modem,  poderia me dar uma dica?
