Como relatar um bug?

Eu estava usando o Gtranslator para traduzir uma aplicação, de repente ele travou e me ofereceu opções para relatar o bug. Como devo proceder? Salvei 2 arquivos e havia uma opção para mandar por e-mail, ainda não enviei, eu pretendia relatar pelo LP, é possível? Como devo proceder? Segue abaixo a descrição dos dois arquivos. Quem souber como relatar um bug, favor me indicar o caminho das pedras...
